Level2 – Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) 9am-5pm 4hr Guaranteed fix. This means that we guarantee to have the failed device back up and running within 4 business hrs of the fault being reported.
Level3 – 24x7x365 4hr response. This means we guarantee to have an engineer on to site within 4hrs of the fault being reported anytime day or night, 365 days per year. Once the engineer is onsite and has diagnosed the fault, the replacement parts will be arranged to be delivered – we have spares stored at a total of 47 locations throughout the UK.
Level4 – 24x7x365 4hr Guaranteed fix. This is our top level of cover and means that we guarantee to have the failed device back up and running within 4hrs of the fault being reported anytime day or night, 365 days per year.
We have a engineers based nationwide – 98* field based engineers and 47* spares locations.
When we take on your contract we arrange for all of the correct spares for your devices to be located at the closest spares location to you ensuring that should you need to call on us – we have the parts ready to hand to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
